Nose: Lots going on here; seems to move from gentle floral notes to dusty exotic\rspices. Hints of molasses and bow rosin.
Palate: Quite sharp and crisp. A good measure of dusty rye-like spices and fresh oak. Dark fruits lurk as well as a hint of chocolate.
Finish: Short and crisp.
Comment: A really interesting and intriguing drop. Lots going on and well worth exploring further.

Nose: Perfumy. Sun warmed pine needles. Opening on floral aromas. Carnation,\rfreesia. In the back a hint of cumin. Treacle. Changes all the time. Complex\rand multilayered.
Palate: Sweet start then drying on spices. Quite crisp. Oak and lots of liquorice root. Apple skin. Spice dust.
Finish: Dry, with a dusty feel.
Comment: Interesting combination of flavours. A Bourbon? Avoid water, spoils it.
