Taster

Nose: Woody. Sawdust. A mix of freshly cut wood and damp boards. Cereal. A touch of bread dough. Hint of\rcardboard. Undimensional.

Palate: Very sweet. Quite refreshing. All sorts liquorice sweets.Greengage marmalade. Wood is well integrated.

Finish: Medium. Spicy. Ground ginger. Tamed by a malty comeback.

Comment: Surprising. So much wood on the nose predicts an unbalanced palate. It is not so. The palate makes up for the disappointment on the nose.
