ABV 43%
A sweet character, lacking balance of course. Not surprising for a work in\rprogress. Very much cereal-centered. Not sure it is interesting to bottle such an infant.

Nose: Very young and slightly unformed. Malt and the rubberiness of immature\rspirit with some floral character behind.
Palate: Clean and sweet with a crisp spiciness mid-palate that brings to mind wild\rflowers. Lightly honeyed.
Finish: Hot and tight.
Comment: It's young, but the spirit is clean and sound.
