Nose

A citrusy, bright whisky when first poured in the glass — there is an aroma of clementines and lemon peel, alongside meadow honey, and a touch of green grass.

Palate

Baked apple pie and vanilla ice cream to begin with, then a nice touch of chilli heat mid-sip. There’s some blackcurrant also, and a touch of newly baled hay.

Finish

Warming and long with a slight bitterness around the sides of the palate after a bit.

A refreshing and zingy whisky with good amounts of spice and interest.
