Nose

At first, freshly pulped apple juice, lime peel, a touch of caster sugar, and sweaty pineapple.

Palate

Quite oaky and woody, alongside a nice bit of caramelised apples, cloves, vanilla ice cream, and honeysuckle.

Finish

A touch drying with a little bit of aspartame.

Comment

Pleasant enough but I didn’t love the finish and wanted a bit more from the palate.
