Nose

Initially a note of grapefruit juice, then something else acidic — perhaps lemon? There’s a grainy note too, and fermenting sourdough starter.

Palate

Much more sweetness on the palate — vanilla bean and white sponge cake — alongside some agave notes. Then dry green herbs like thyme and some Coca-Cola.

Finish

Fairly intense, with a hefty bitterness on the back of the tongue.

One that took a bit of time — wasn’t sure of the nose, but the palate offered more.
