Nose

A bit of pine sap and some sweet strawberry laces. There’s some salted toffee and honeycomb too.

Palate

At first a bit floral, then wet earth, bark, and a bit of melted caramel, with a touch of black pepper.

Finish

Medium length with a slight dusty note and some metallic twangs.

Comment

A nicely put together blend with good drinkability and enough interest to keep me coming back for another sip.
