Nose

Initially, some cream soda, dried apple rings, frozen bananas, and honeydew melon. It’s really enticing.

Palate

Lots of fruit: pineapple, and passion fruit, then some mango too. Coconut yoghurt and then blackcurrant alongside a pink peppercorn spice.

Finish

Medium length with that creaminess continuing through for a long time after the sip finishes and just a touch of bitterness.

Comment

Well rounded, complex, and delicious. A delightful dram.
