Nose

Warming and sweet, with an underlying tropical note. There’s roses, overripe mango, boozy raisins, and some bananas with brown sugar.

Palate

Quite spicy for the ABV but has a lovely, rounded sweetness. Lots of that warm brown sugar, a touch of porridge oats, some brambles, and black pepper.

Finish

Medium length with a lingering heat.

A really lush nose with a fairly fiery palate that’s balanced with the overall fruity sweetness.
