Nose

This one really pulls me in — it’s light but feels like it’s going to offer a lot. There’s a touch of something smoky but it’s very faint, then roasted pineapple, peach cobbler, and daffodils.

Palate

There’s a green vegetal note at first but it’s very balanced with further notes of peaches, double cream, honeysuckle, and some blackcurrant later on in the sip. It’s extremely silky on the tongue.

Finish

Well balanced between spice and sweetness with a great lingering texture.
