Nose

Charred orange segments and fennel. A slight plasticky note like Sellotape which fades quickly to dark chocolate chips, dried cherry, vanilla cookie dough, buttered popcorn, and chopped hazelnuts.

Palate

Medium. Rye bread and sunflower spread. A nice oiliness, with cracked coriander and fennel seeds. Hints of cocoa powder, hazelnut syrup, and vanilla soft serve. Cherry and blackberry.

Finish

Medium. On extra virgin olive oil, orange-peel oil, and a hint of black treacle.
