Nose

Sea pinks, samphire and salt licked Marram grass. Then a big malty note like barley fields after the rain. Red apple. Waxy like fresh snuffed candle then into Chamomile tea and white pepper spice.

Palate

A little saline at first, then salt and black pepper crackers. Soft creamy cheese – brie baked in a box. Roasted red peppers and a little black cherry.

Finish

Really long and after some initial sweetness it dries with a little salt edge.

Really lovely balance.Fruit and floral notes given room to play. Summer in a glass.
