Nose

Salt crackers and parmesan cheese. Sweetness comes with sea salt caramel ice cream. Melon fingers with ham. Has a touch of candle wax that moves to red grape juice, orange pith before becoming floral.

Palate

Smooth and very honeyed - doesn't give its ABV away. The sweetness subsides and the spices build. That melon note is there. Crumpets and borage honey.

Finish

Short and full of sea salt caramel, lingers with a floral note.
