Nose

Takes me back to Autumn, turning leaves, leaf mulch, fresh turned earth and gentle smoke. The there’s a zingy Key lime pie note, lemon curd and raw pastry notes. A treacle sweetness to it.

Palate

That sweetness and honey come through at first. Quite hot, alcohol prickle, but water helps. Tropical fruits come through with gentle smoke.

Finish

Short and swift, quite feisty and fizzy like sherbet, water brings out orange jelly.
