Nose

Honeynut cornflakes, chilli and honey roast chicken, a little floral quality. Grilled pineapple and roasted corn with sea salt and mayonnaise. Hot butter laden rye bread. Creamy with a little spice pep.

Palate

A little salt edge, more like the fatty edges of Iberico ham, water really sweetens this out a lot. Roast red peppers and olive oil.

Finish

Warming and mellow, more so with water. A chilli spice hit.

Comment

Almost pure jalapeno juice at first, water brings a more agave sweetness to it. A whisky possibly for a Bloody Mary?
