Nose

Rich, sweet and generous. Coconut, cooked plum, spice (ginger), apple peel, hazelnut, passion fruit. Hard toffee deepening into liquorice.

Palate

Soft and syrupy, then a grip of oak. Chocolate truffle, spice, toffee apple. Oak clamps up quickly.

Finish

Spicy, nutmeg.

Great nose, but don't add water.
