Nose

Liquorice, a waft of peat smoke/soot, butter caramel, some juicy blood orange, lavender and very milky coffee.

Palate

A touch of grain opens off the proceedings, then into sweet coffee, dusted with powdered liquorice, blackcurrant fruitiness, country fudge and a sizzle of lemon sherbet.

Finish

The fudge, grain and citrus sherbet notes all vie for your attention as the\rpalate dries.
