Toasted almonds and pistachios, herbal mint, freshly squeezed grapefruit and swirls of rum ‘n’ raisin fudge running through the centre.

Palate

Well balanced with rich nuttiness, notes of marzipan, roasted pistachios and mahogany, followed by hints of lavender, rosemary, burnt pear skin and sticky rice.

Finish

Short on length, with luscious floral and earthy tones.

A good all-rounder, with several layers coming through each time.
