Nose

A lovely soft fruit character wafts from the glass at first, followed by some marshmallow, salt-water taffy, and coastal aromas: sea water and bonfire ash.

Palate

Salty seaweed, vanilla sponge, freshly baked croissants, and some pineapple cubes. It’s cooling and wonderfully mouthcoating.

Finish

A good hit of spice at the front of the palate before a fairly long and balanced finish.

A bold but balanced whisky that speaks of a place.
