Nose

Initially a note of barley water mixed with sugar-soaked strawberries. With a bit of time in the glass, there’s a nice background nuttiness.

Palate

Really nice texture on the palate before some great punchy red fruit notes — raspberries, strawberries, and cranberries.

Finish

A bit hot for the strength with a chilli spice along the front of the tongue.
