Nose

Bacon Fries, smoky bacon crisps, and crispy bacon Wheat Crunchies. Then oatmeal, clove, caramel, fresh pear and raspberry, and hints of cumin and orange citrus.

Palate

Medium. Smoky bacon turns to sweeter, almost fruity peat. Milk chocolate drops, caramel sauce, seedless strawberry jam, bourbon biscuit, vanilla rice pudding, and a hint of malted milk.

Finish

Long. The smoke subsides to leave fig, nutty sherry, and a little vanilla.
