Nose

All the orchard fruits — apples and apricots, peaches and even some sour plums. Incredibly evocative.

Palate

Really crisp and just pulls you in — there’s warm peaches and fresh cream, some blackcurrant, and a little blueberry pie. A touch of cinnamon and black peppercorns round things out.

Finish

Medium length with lots of spice around the front and sides of tongue.
