Nose

Really complex and intriguing — this draws me straight in. There’s roasted pineapple, blackcurrant, a touch of ash, and lemon peel.

Palate

Full and rounded, with a great waxy texture — there’s warm mango, barbecue prawns, black liquorice, honeycomb, and wood smoke. It’s bright but also filled with depth.

Finish

Long and spicy, with a lovely sweetness and lingering rubbery smoke.
