Nose

Melted butter and fire-roasted marshmallows to begin, then sea salt and pear drops.

Palate

A really nice buttery pastry note, then cooked apricots, warm custard, and pink peppercorns.

Finish

Fairly spicy at the front of the tongue, but nicely sweet across the mid-palate.

Comment

Great balance here of sweet and spice, and a really lovely high strength that feels well integrated and not overwhelming.
