Nose

Teeming with floral notes of honeysuckle, geranium and Scotch pine with just a swipe of peppermint chocolates.

Palate

A whack of sweetness bursts through the palate followed quickly by sour plums, ginger and hot liquorice. Sandalwood.

Finish

A hot, sweet spice lingers which also dries the palate for a lengthy finish.

Comment

Not what I was expecting on the palate with some of that gorgeous floral notes becoming slightly sour. An interesting range of flavours and textures with each sip though.
