Nose

Tart green apple and golden syrup. Fig roll. Delicate sweet cereal and a little sawn oak. Vanilla custard and brown sugar.

Palate

Medium bodied. Somewhat concentrated. Clarified apple juice, with some delicate lime oil. More fig roll, before a delicate almond note emerges. Gentle caramel and toffee apple.

Finish

Medium length. Sweetens to red apples and almonds.

Very well integrated and mature flavours make for a solid daily sipper.
