Nose: Complex spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, toasted coconut, a hint of espresso,\rleather and a hint of honey sweetness

Palate: Big bold mouthwatering sweetness. That hint of bitter coffee mixed with\rbubble gum and over ripe bananas.

Finish: Dries with complex spices.

Comment: The layers of sweetness here make this a very easy drinking bourbon.

Taster

Nose: Intense and sweet with massive camphor note, then rosewater, maple syrup and boiled sweets before things shift into fragrant woods, bergamot and patchouli.

Palate: Sweet and thick to start. A slow build of oak with layers of flavour underneath: raspberry, fragrant flowers, then fresh pineapple and maraschino.

Finish: Balanced and complex.

Comment: Energetic and with considerable class. Highly recommended.
