Nose

Delicately grassy and floral, with bison grass, lemongrass and a whiff of lime zest. Subtle gentian and heather honey on digestive biscuit.

Palate

Very light. Those grassy notes are backed up by buttercream on sponge, dried red apple and milk biscuit dusted with icing sugar. A little vanilla fromage frais, too.

Finish

Short and sweet, on vanilla and pear drop.
