Tasting Notes

Nose

Elegant. Fruity. Cider apple. Butterscotch. Pine resin. A touch of crème brûlée.

Palate

Grippy. The oak speak up. Then a sweet malty flavour cuts the edges.

Finish

Dry, bitter. Sweet aftertaste. Caramelised almonds.

Comment

Oak seems integrated on the nose but blatantly shows on the palate. More pleasant if given time to breathe.
