Taster

Nose: Elegant. Fruity. Cider apple. Butterscotch. Pine resin. A touch of crème brûlée.

Palate: Grippy. The oak speak up. Then a sweet malty flavour cuts the edges.

Finish: Dry, bitter. Sweet aftertaste. Caramelised almonds.

Comment: Oak seems integrated on the nose but blatantly shows on the palate. More pleasant if given time to breathe.
