Tasting Notes

Nose

There’s evidence of great maturity here, the dazzling spiciness is a giveaway.Lightly oily (linseed/rape seed) with pulp fruits, cinnamon, black banana, butterscotch, pollen.

Palate

Positive, assertive grip. That fine spiciness melds with thick autumn fruits as well as peaches in syrup, Mejdoul dates.

Finish

A little smoke adds to the complexity.

Comment

Slow maturation has resulted in a balanced and complex package.
