Tasting Notes

Nose

Clean and slightly nutty with a distinct custardy note.Clean washing, gentle rose/sweet pea. With water a little green freshness, broom and brown sugar. Teasingly soft and probably has good age on it.

Palate

Almond to start, then banana and nuts. Tongue-coating. Vanilla, even a little condensed milk. Water brings out asun-tan/coconut note.

Finish

Mashed banana and ginger.

Comment

Lots of cask influence but it is balanced. Recommended.
