Nose

Intense. Elegant oak. Dried fruit. Candied orange.Tangerine.Dark chocolate. Caramelised nuts. Hint of peat.

Palate

Smooth. Sweet. Strong note of crystallised violets. Oak is more Hot spices. Chilli, ginger.

Finish

Dry and spicy. Liquorice.

Comment

The nose let expect a more integrated oak on the palate. The violet is overwhelming.
