Nose

Banana bread and apple flan with custard. Brown sugar and candied pink grapefruit. Water mellows the nose and reveals honey on toast and marmalade.

Palate

Medium bodied. A bit hot. Fruit salad: red grape, apple and banana. Water brings out sweet syrupy notes, with candy apple and a touch of caramel.

Finish

Medium-short. Fades on grape skin.

A few big flavours and no faults other than the heat, which water soothes.
