Tasting Notes

Nose

Light and grassy. Drying hay, lemon balm. Sweet vanilla syrup. A cardboard note.

Palate

Sweet and gently flowing. The same vanilla syrup character as on the nose. Even with a Demerara sugar flavour. Really close to a rum. Alcohol is well mastered.

Finish

Medium long, sweet and dry.

Comment

A very pale whisky which has similarities with rum. It lacks complexity and charm though.
