Fresh and bursting with sushi and ginger nut biscuits. Crisp floral notes of lily and daffodils, Spring bulbs. A shy sweetness of angelica, rhubarb and lemon curd.

Palate

Grapefruit flesh, star fruit and toasted almonds. A sprinkling of lemon sherbet and fresh lime juice. Digestive biscuits as well.

Finish

Light as a feather, clean and sprightly and up front.

Comment

A sassy dram and very assured of itself – delicious aperitif.
