Tasting Notes

Nose

Gentle and full of honey, flying saucer sherbet sweets, soft fruits, peach, apricots and strawberries. Sweet popped corn. A herbal note, Swiss lozenges and toasted marshmallows.

Palate

Big and oily, coating honey and a waxy lushness. Tropical fruits, mango and watermelon. Some savoury notes come through, with an autumn leaf mulch.

Finish

Swift and drying on gentle spices.

Comment

Simply lovely and a great restorative dram. Pre or post dinner, it’s going to please most people’s palates.
