Nose

Autumnal gorse bushes, dried wood by the shore – very salty. Some cured lemon peel.

Palate

Hot and drying on the palate. Dusty hay and unforgiving smoke. No sweetness, only the sensation of it.

Finish

An over toasted maltiness and it just lacks a little body.
