Nose

An abundance of fresh fruit, (plums, nectarines and red apples) some dried\rginger, liquorice, a hint of malted cereal and orange blossom. With time,\rcandied fruit and cherry sherbet.

Palate

Very sweet and malty, with barley sugar, orange cream chocolates, hints of perfumed red apple, conference pears and a little spice on the back palate.

Finish

Lingering malt notes and orchard fruit.

Balanced, fresh and fruity - a fine opening dram for the evening.
