Nose

This is going to sting a little. Massive spirit, but behind it, some Brazil nuttiness, brittle toffee and some crunchy nut cornflakes.

Palate

Crab apple jelly, some coconut, cocoa power and then puff it's gone. Quick as you like. After the palate clears, you get stewed plums and something a little milkier.

Finish

Short, with an oakiness and powdery red apple.
