Nose

An excellent mature nose that smells of dunnage warehouses (damp earth, whisky-soaked oak, hessian). Some dried apple and sultana. With a drop of water a mealy/mash-tun note is revealed.

Palate

A laid-back, late-afternoon kind of a dram that mixes very gentle fruits with ginger snaps.

Finish

Simple and short.
