Taster

Nose: Blackberry pie crust, dark chocolate, desiccated coconut, marshmallows,\rcrème brûlée filling, fresh vanilla pods and dark honey.

Palate: Very sweet on the first sip, with white chocolate, a touch of tinned peach,\rartificial cream and a little dash of spice.

Finish: Lingering American oak notes, with a touch of dryness.

Comment: Approaching its twilight years, but still with a definite spring in its step. Very\rnicely balanced indeed.

Taster

Nose: Dried kelp, quite minerally, warming stones, fudge, clotted cream and vanilla wafers. In time biscuits and hot chocolate.

Palate: Quite savoury to start, rye bread buns fresh from the oven, air dried meats\rand then some stewed fruits.

Finish: Quite long and lush.

Comment: Very dense, packed with layers of flavour.
