Nose

Clean and sweet. Marmalade and lightly herbal: thyme, bay and lemon verbena.

Palate

Clean and while it’s as thick on the palate as a liqueur should be but there’s enough spiciness to balance.

Finish

Nicely balanced, not overly cloying.

Would make a good Rusty Nail.
