Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet. Obviously a liqueur. Cinnamon, chocolate, orange peel. A touch of eucalyptus.

Palate

Thick, syrupy. Quite spicy and not cloying. The higher strength balances the sweetness. Eucalyptus again, pepper, plenty of ginger.

Finish

Lingering, spicy.

Comment

Interesting aromatic profile and good balance. To be enjoyed on crushed ice with chocolate or vanilla ice cream (or both !!).
