Nose

Very fresh and light in the glass. Lemon peel, sea spray, fresh hay, toasted bread, and vanilla pods.

Palate

Quite light but still enough going on to create interest. Some sourdough bread with butter and marmalade. A touch of runny honey and some earthy notes too.

Finish

Not terribly long, just fades away gently but stays balanced as it does.

Comment

A perfectly enjoyable, if not showstopping, Irish whiskey. Clean, fresh, and summery.
