Nose

Well this one’s all peachy! Peach flesh, Irn Bru bars, treacle toffees and hot vanilla custard. Then undertones of black pudding drizzled in maple syrup and struck matches.

Palate

A soft kiwi skin, cashew milk and clove covered tangerines. Burnt marshmallows, marzipan, honeysuckle and passionfruit coulis drizzled rocky roads underline the smoke.

Finish

Super light in texture and well balanced with tonnes of overripe fruits.
