Nose
Reminds me of cooking pancakes on that one Tuesday a year. Syrup and honeycomb also slow to reveal.
Palate
A continuation of the sweet pancake theme at first. Hints of vanilla ice cream, golden syrup, a drizzle of honey. Then, there’s a hint of smokiness fading in.
Finish
Medium in length with the smokiness becoming more and more predominant.
Comment
This could absolutely be marketed as a whisky to pair with your pancakes. Suitable for cocktails, too.
