Nose

Raw fennel. Lemon and poppy-seed sponge cake. Oily fresh orange peel and cracked coriander seed. Slight earthiness of black pepper. Ground ginger, toffee apple, and honeycomb chocolate bar.

Palate

Full. Rye grassiness and spice crescendo, with more milk chocolate and honeycomb notes. Peach tea and a little black cherry. Hints of marzipan, clove, sweet liquorice, and teak oil.

Finish

Medium-long. Milk chocolate, ground ginger, then creaminess right at the end.
