A fruity springtime whiskey, which needs time to reveal itself. Interesting though.

Taster

Nose: Malty and fruity. Creamy and perfumy. Fresh pineapple juice. Saw dust. Slightly toasted sweet bun. A faint rubbery note. It takes time to unwind and show its delicate complexity. With water, almond syrup.

Palate: Crisp. Fizzy. A full bowl of exotic fruit. Pineapple, passion fruit.

Finish: Medium. Dry. Ground ginger.

Comment: A fruity springtime whiskey, which needs time to reveal itself. Interesting though.

Score: 7.6

Taster

Nose: Light and spring fresh with a little touch of lychee, green melon, strawberry and crisp oak. With water comes a note akin to marzipan/almond milk.

Palate: Fruits to the fore here: pears, a little mint and a dusting of icing sugar on baked apple. All very delicate, smooth and sweet. Oak just pokes out a little.

Finish: Clean and fragile.

Comment: Delicate and charming.
