Tasting Notes

Taster

Nose: Dumb. Putty/plasticene, green fruits, unripe pear. Once again sweetness and some pear juice as well. Sweet and pleasant.

Palate: Nothing to start, then a light juicy fruit spreads across the middle of the palate. Has some weight, but shatters with water.

Finish: Oat. Dry.

Comment: At least this has some depth.

Score: 7.5

Taster

Nose: Creamy. Cereals bowl. Custardy. Syllabub. Tangerine. Lemon and meringue pie.

Palate: Smooth, silky. Rewarding and refreshing. Pear drop. Touch of gingerbread. Warms up on allspice and long peppercorns. Hint of liquorice.

Finish: Warm, sherbety. Tickly. Toasted hazelnuts.

Comment: Like a sweet chariot. Puddings on display...Keeps fresh and lively.
