Nose

Light and slightly neutral when naked. In time there's smoke, lemon, fresh fruit. Becomes increasingly phenolic.

Palate

An oily texture. Powerfully phenolic, very dry with a chewy centre.

Finish

Smoke ... and lots of it.

This is Macallan?? Either a peated experiment at the distillery or it's been filled into an ex-Caol Ila cask.
